Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

 

Workshops and Events have limited spaces and provisional spaces are confirmed when payment is received. If you do need to cancel, we are happy for you to nominate another person to take your place, subject to any health restrictions. We do not offer refunds for these Workshops. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to credit your payment toward another Event.
