Violet Flame Healing Meditation
Reiki Light language – a transformative energy healing modality channelling multidimensional language using sound and energy.
Salt Cave chillout – Halotherapy – the dead sea salts have natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties and help any respiratory issues and support the immune system.
No reiki or meditation experience required. Wear shorts/leggings and a tee-shirt to allow skin exposure to the beneficial properties of the salts.
